I had never heard of water running before i met Julia. I was recovering from a knee injury at the time and unable to run; concerned that my fitness would decline I met Julia at the pool and she provided me with training and a water running programme to help me back to fitness. It was so much harder than i expected but really helped me maintain my Cardio fitness and my endurance.
